1. Project Discussion and Planning

Before starting any project, we:

  • Discuss your requirements and ideas in detail with our sales and technical team.
  • Provide a detailed timeline and quotation based on mutual discussions.
  • Finalize terms and project features after agreement between you and MicroSharp Technologies.

2. Payment Schedule

Our payment structure ensures smooth project development:

  • 60% initial amount to start the project.
  • 20% payment at the Demo stage.
  • 20% payment at the time of project handover.

We always maintain the highest standards of quality. Our team ensures that your project meets the agreed specifications and functions as expected.

If there is any delay from our side in delivering the project within the agreed timeline, we compensate fairly by:

  • Extending your free support time.
  • Providing additional complimentary features (“free buddies”) as a goodwill gesture.

Since all projects are custom-developed and tailored to your specific requirements, we do not provide refunds. Our focus is on delivering quality, maintaining ethics, and ensuring customer satisfaction through support and additional services if timelines are missed.

This refund policy is a generic guideline for our projects. The final refund terms for your project are always specified in your Project Agreement. Please refer to your agreement for the official refund policy.

If you have not received a copy of your project agreement, this generic refund policy will automatically apply to your project. Otherwise, the refund policy stated in your agreement takes precedence.
